Customer Service Agent- LAX LOUNGE

Essential Functions

  • Admits members and guest to airline lounge, verifies membership cards, and admits members and guest or denies entry if not entitled to use the lounge
  • Directs passengers to departure gates, rest rooms and other terminal facilities
  • Answers questions regarding scheduled flights and gates and terminal facilities
  • Complies with company policies relating to food safety, food waste, food temperature, waste, hygiene and personal safety
  • Stocks all self-ser-vice areas, such as drinks, sandwiches, snacks, etc.
  • Removes used glasses and dishes from tables. Picks up after customers, ensuring cleanliness of tables and lounge
  • Maintains reception are clean at all times
  • Any other duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be able to provide a valid CA identification (ID or Driver License)
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Maintain a professional appearance
  • Airport experience a big plus
  • Able to stay overtime to get the work done in timely manner
  • Must be willing to work nights weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to work at fast paced environment
  • Must pass an extensive Federal Background check and employment drug screen
  • Must be able to legally work in U.S.A.
