Job requirements
- Enforce Safety, Company, Meal, and Break policies and guidelines
- Coordinate arrival and departure wheelchair requests
- Coordinate of FIS (Federal Inspection Service) area (i.e… Post D, Meet & Greet)
- Effectively prioritize situations and make decisions based on the information received
- Ability to hear and understand multiple sound sources (radio & phone)
- Able to handle multiple tasks to receive and communicate information to and from several sources ensuring information is dispatched and monitored in a timely manner
- Must be able to stay overtime to get the job done in a timely prompt manner
- Work under stressful conditions and react appropriately using good judgment
- Willingness to maintain respectful working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, airline reps, and passengers
- Possess a clear and understandable radio and telephone voice
- Complaint resolution
- Assist passengers at the arrivals and departure levels including FIS
- Writing reports and attend staff meetings
- Delegating subordinates
- Plus any other duties as required by the operations
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must Be Proficient In English
- Must Have A Flexible Schedule
- Must Have A High School Diploma Or Higher -College Experience Preferred
- Able To Stay Overtime To Get The Work Done In A Timely Prompt Manner
- Good Customer Service Skill
- Must Be Able To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment
- Must Be Able To Stand/Walk 8 Hours Daily
- Ability To Push A Passenger Up/Down A 6º Slope
- Push A 350lb Wheelchair Passenger, Assist To Lift 350 Lbs Passenger To And From A Seat (Aisle Chair) Lift And Maneuver 50lbs
- Tech-savvy. Must be proficient in the use of modern technology (computers, devices, cell phone applications, etc.)
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment physical and drug screen
