Document Clerk

Overview:

Airport Terminal Management (ATM) provides customer service for travelers at the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). These services are available to all customers of ATM and that have a arriving or departing flight at LAX.

Position Objective:

The Document Clerk position is responsible for assisting customers at the ATM customer helpdesk at the airport.

Primary Duties:

  • Customer Service; acknowledge, smile and greet patients upon arrival/dismissal
  • Respond to patient questions and or concerns according to company Policies
  • Answering Telephones
  • Confirming Appointments
  • Cash Handling
  • Checking voicemail on a daily basis
  • Maintain a clean and friendly presentation for customers
  • All other duties as assigned
  • Be compliant with TSA standards and regulations

Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in English
  • Must be able to type a minimum of 35 WPM
  • Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must have a valid driver license issued by the state of California
  • Good customer service skill
  • Good telephone etiquette
  • Knowledge in TSA, Customs and USDA regulations a plus
  • Able to stay overtime to get the work done
  • Must be able to legally work in the U.S.A.
  • Must pass an extensive background check
